Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. Your PRO features keep working until the end of the period you paid for, with no partial lockouts.

Does PRO change my odds of winning?

Never. Every spin, free or PRO, draws from the same cryptographic generator, and you can verify that yourself in the Fairness Lab. PRO buys presentation and workflow, never probability. Even a weighted wheel shows its weights to everyone watching.

Can I pay without creating an account?

Yes. Pick a plan, pay as a guest with just an email address, and we send a one tap sign in link right after checkout. That email becomes your PRO account, no password needed.

What happens to my wheels if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. You keep every wheel you made, including any beyond the free shelf of three. You just cannot create new ones past the free limit until you are PRO again.

What is the difference between paying by card and PayPal?

Just the checkout. Card payments run through Freemius, our merchant of record, which handles VAT and invoices. PayPal runs directly through PayPal. Same PRO either way.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If PRO is not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund it, no questions asked.

Is the lifetime deal really lifetime?

Yes. One payment, PRO for as long as NameWheel exists, and a numbered Founder badge on your account. Only the first one hundred accounts can ever have one.

Do prices go up later?

A Founder licence is one payment and can never cost you another cent. Subscription renewals stay at the price you signed up at unless we email you well in advance, and any change would only apply from your next renewal.

Is PRO per person or per device?

One account, everywhere. Sign in on your laptop, your phone and the classroom computer and PRO follows you. Licences are per person, not per device.
